Where are the Ward councillors of Umkomaas?

This is a busy road used daily by taxis, trucks, cars and school children but this road is still not being repaired.

It is shocking these (Umkomaas) councillors, who always make daily use of the P197 road, stretching from Umkomaas Secondary School to Sappi, cannot see this road needs to be repaired.

I have written letters to the Rising Sun numerous times complaining about the P197 road.

Reading the Rising Sun (10/01/2017) – how Sanjay Bhoora experienced his vehicle being hit by the taxi because of these potholes, justifies my concerns.

This is a busy road used daily by taxis, trucks, cars and school children but is still not being repaired.

Complaints have been pouring in for the whole of 2016, but nothing has been done.

It is now left to the ward councillors to do something before more vehicles are damaged on this road.
