“Everyone knows him. Nolan never fought or argued with anyone, so I cannot understand why someone would hurt him. I was at work when someone ran in and told me what happened, and when I arrived at the scene, I just saw him on the ground. We planned to celebrate his birthday after work. Our children never even got the chance to wish him a happy birthday because we left before they had a chance to. Justice must be served,” she told the Rising Sun.
