Not finding anything in the vehicle, they accompanied the driver of the vehicle to his residence in Convent Road, Park Rynie where they allegedly found and seized various tablets and powders suspected to be heroin, crystal meth, rock, ecstasy and cocaine.

It was established during the arrest that Emienze’s passport had expired in January last year and this was reported to the immigrations officer.

The substances suspected to be drugs have been forwarded to the forensic science laboratory for analysis to establish if they are indeed drugs and if so, what classification of drugs.

The case is being investigated by Detective Warrant Officer Strini Maistry of the Scottburgh SAPS Detective Service.
