Free daily yoga classes offered

Free yoga classes are daily at the following venues from 8am to 12pm- on Monday at the Arutpa Hall, on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at the Umhlatuzana Civil Hall, on Wednesday at the Kharwastan Civil Hall, on Friday at the Bayview Library and on Saturday at the Montford Shree Siva Temple.

People of all ages can do yoga regularly at a venue near them- for free. Yoga is a series of stretches and poses that you do with breathing techniques.

It offers the powerful benefits of exercise. And since yoga is gentle, almost anyone can do it, regardless of age or fitness level.

Sri Sri Yoga classes are being offered daily for free as Tony Pillay, one of the dedicated yoga instructors, explained more.
