“Police officers from the tactical support unit confirmed the arrest. We are pleased with the recent drug-related arrests made by the Metro Police. However, there remains a concern about the number of young people who are involved in drug dealing. While we will continue to leave no stone unturned in our quest to rid the city of drugs, we acknowledge that we also have a responsibility to rehabilitate. Some of these programmes are being rolled out by municipal departments as part of a holistic approach,” Col Zungu added.
