
These spiced mushrooms are so delicious, just like juicy little flavour bombs! They can be enjoyed on their own or as a side dish with grilled meat or chicken.

Ingredients:
For the mushrooms:
- 250g mushrooms (of your choice)
- ¼ cup of melted butter
For the spice mix:
- One teabag of Tetley black tea (open the bag and use loose leaves)
- One tablespoon of sea salt
- One tablespoon of black pepper
- One tablespoon of smoked paprika
(Mix all the spices together and store in a cool cupboard until ready to use)
Method:
- Preheat your griddle pan.
- Place a row of mushrooms on a skewer.
- Brush the mushrooms with melted butter, and add a pinch of the spice mix on the skewers before placing the mushrooms on the hot griddle pan.
- Grill the mushrooms for about five minutes, turn them over to cook both sides evenly and make sure to get grill marks.
- Enjoy hot with a fresh salad.
