Sahaja Yoga Meditation highlights peace and harmony among pupils

The classes can be viewed as an effective solution to the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical problems of the modern time.

Members of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, a non-profit organisation offering free services to the community, empowered pupils and their families at the recent ABH Chatsworth Fair where they had a stall. Their programmes are free of charge and helps one receive self-realisation.

Having a stall at the fair proved to be tremendously successful as they managed to reach out to hundreds of people- from adults to the elderly, from school children to teachers. All programmes highlight peace and harmony among participants.

Attendees of the classes learn how to meditate and enjoy the various benefits that come along with it, such as integration, forgiveness, peace and creativity, among other aspects.
