Pupils emulate Tata Madiba’s values

Staff and pupils collected 670 non-perishable food items and donated them to St Thomas Home for Children.

Reservoir Hills Primary School, formally known as Durwest Durban Heights Primary, celebrated Mandela Month in honour of his remarkable legacy by giving back to the community and inspiring the next generation of change makers.

The school embarked on the #OneChildOneCanChallange drive.

Staff and pupils collected 670 non-perishable food items and donated them to St Thomas Home for Children.

Principal, Mrs NG Thabethe, said, “Pupils are never too young to learn the spirit of Ubuntu. We thank all the stakeholders, who teamed up with us to make this project a success.”
