Spicy mango chicken pizza

A fabulously different pizza for you to make at home.
Ingredients:
- One pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Half a cup of spicy chilli-garlic tomato sauce
- One cup of cooked chicken breast, shredded
- Half a fresh mango, thinly sliced
- Half a red onion, thinly sliced
- One small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional for heat)
- One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup of crumbled feta
- Handful of fresh coriander
- Lime wedges for serving
Method:Â
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or stone.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dough. Top with shredded chicken, mango slices, red onion, jalapeño, and both cheeses.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
