Spicy mango chicken pizza

A fabulously different pizza for you to make at home.

Ingredients:

  • One pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Half a cup of spicy chilli-garlic tomato sauce
  • One cup of cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • Half a fresh mango, thinly sliced
  • Half a red onion, thinly sliced
  • One small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional for heat)
  • One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup of crumbled feta
  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • Lime wedges for serving

Method: 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or stone.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the dough. Top with shredded chicken, mango slices, red onion, jalapeño, and both cheeses.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime before serving.
