Seven suspects arrested for business robbery
The seven suspects will appear in the Germiston Magistrates Court soon.
The South African Police Service (SAPS) Bedfordview arrested seven suspects for business robbery on Sunday, April 6, 2025, in Bedfordview.
The suspects, allegedly part of a group of over ten men, forced entry into a storage company at North Reef Road, Bedfordview.

The security guards responded to the complaint and were met with gunfire, prompting them to call the police.
Provincial police spokesperson, Cpt Tintswalo Sibeko, said, “Upon arrival, the police and security guards apprehended the seven suspects and recovered two toy guns, two bolt cutters and one spanner. The other suspects fled the scene on foot, and the Mercedes-Benz was impounded.”

The seven suspects will appear in the Germiston Magistrates Court soon.
The SAPS is continuing to investigate and is working to identify and apprehend the remaining suspects.
