Mochaccino mug cake

Set aside to cool for a few minutes.

This mocha mug cake is soft, light and fluffy with a delectable combination of coffee and chocolate.

Ingredients: 

  • Two and a half tablespoons of vegetable or sunflower oil
  • Three tablespoons of milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Three tablespoons of flour
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
  • Two tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • Two tablespoons of Society Mochaccino
  • Two tablespoons of chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Method: 

  • In a large microwave safe mug mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, Society Mochaccino, salt and chocolate chips.
  • Add the oil, milk and vanilla extract to the mixture, then stir thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
  • Cook in the microwave for one and half to two minutes until the mixture stops rising.
  • Set aside to cool for a few minutes.
