
Swap the viennas in this recipe for smoked chicken if you prefer or add some roasted vegetables!
Ingredients:Â
- 250ml of cheddar cheese, grated
- Seven vienna sausages, sliced
- Four eggs, lightly beaten
- 180ml of low fat milk
- One small onion, finely diced
- One small tomato, diced
- 30ml of Knorr Thick White Onion Soup
- 30ml of freshly parsley, chopped
- A pinch of Robertsons Cayenne Pepper
Method:Â
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased oven proof quiche dish and bake until set and golden brown, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with a fresh green salad.
