Savoury cheese and vienna tart

Serve with a fresh green salad.

Swap the viennas in this recipe for smoked chicken if you prefer or add some roasted vegetables!

Ingredients: 

  • 250ml of cheddar cheese, grated
  • Seven vienna sausages, sliced
  • Four eggs, lightly beaten
  • 180ml of low fat milk
  • One small onion, finely diced
  • One small tomato, diced
  • 30ml of Knorr Thick White Onion Soup
  • 30ml of freshly parsley, chopped
  • A pinch of Robertsons Cayenne Pepper

Method: 

  • Preheat oven to 200C.
  • Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased oven proof quiche dish and bake until set and golden brown, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serve with a fresh green salad.
