Award winners not only gain recognition in the industry but enhance their credibility, which is an advantage when it comes to customers choosing a preferred service
provider.

“Winning these coveted awards is further testament to the service excellence for which Fidelity ADT is renowned for,” says Charnel Hattingh, Fidelity ADT’s group head of marketing and communications. Hattingh stated that their success lies in their approach to ensuring that they offer customers an unparalleled experience when it comes to ensuring their personal safety and security.

“This achievement would not have been possible without our passionate and dedicated staff. We would like to commend them for continually going above and beyond the call of duty for their customers,” concluded Hattingh.
