Mahatma Gandhi Remembrance Organisation hosts agriculture skills workshop

Thobeka Manyathi, Kynoch’s training programme co-ordinator and agronomist, conducted the programme as she taught attendees about how to make sure their plants and crops grow healthier.

The Mahatma Gandhi Remembrance Organisation hosted young and old people from the surroundings of Tolstoy Farm to enhance and acquire agriculture skills on Sunday, July 21, at the farm.

Experts from the Kynoch Fertilizer and Amrut Foundation presented the programme opened by Hemang Desai from the Amrut Foundation.

Thobeka Manyathi, Kynoch’s training programme co-ordinator and agronomist, conducted the programme as she taught attendees about how to make sure their plants and crops grow healthier.

She even demonstrated how they should collect the soil from their gardens to send it for testing. The occasion concluded with certificates signed by Mahatma Gandhi Remembrance Organisation, Kynoch Fertilizer and Amrut Foundation in recognition of completing the course.
