Rangers and Pastor FC settle for draw at exciting tournament
Just when the supporters thought their home side had the winner in the bag, Pastor FC stung late in the game to salvage a draw.
An electrifying and nail-biting encounter between two giants of the Lawley Deep South Football Association kept supporters on the edge of their seats. Ennerdale Rangers and Pastor FC battled it out on October 14 at Ennerdale Extension 1.
The last encounter between the two clubs saw Pastor FC taking bragging rights by winning on penalties at the Steven Pienaar Tournament.

The home side (Rangers) started the game on fire, which saw them finding an opener in just about 15 minutes of play.
Rangers dominated the first-half play and dictated terms. In the second half, the Lawley-based side (Pastor FC) showed tenacity and hunger, which resulted in an equaliser.
But, it did not last long, and Rangers gained their lead by well-worked set pieces. Just when the supporters thought their home side had the winner in the bag, Pastor FC stung late in the game to salvage a draw.
