Organisations beautify Navy community

The aim of the clean-up operation was to collect and dispose of the litter that had been strewn across the Punjab Circle.

In an effort to beautify their community, members of the Navy and Chinatown Sport and Civic Forum came together in unison and embarked on a community clean-up operation in the area.

Members of the forum are appealing to residents to refrain from dumping their dirt in open spaces and to rather make use of the dump site.

The forum also warned those residents, who are caught illegally dumping their dirt, that they will face the possibility of receiving heavy fines from the municipality.
