Wingen pupils soar to greater heights

The school boasts 232 subject distinctions with three pupils achieving seven distinctions, six pupils obtaining six distinctions each, and five pupils with five distinctions.

Wingen Heights Secondary has once again produced excellent results in the 2015 NSC Exams with 202 candidates entering the examination.

The school boasts 232 subject distinctions with three pupils achieving seven distinctions, six pupils obtaining six distinctions each, and five pupils with five distinctions. Proud principal, Gordon Govender, indicated that the school focuses on quality results and was pleased that the collective efforts and additional work undertaken by both teachers and pupils after school hours, over weekend and during the holidays once again yielded commendable results.

SGB chairman, Des Naidoo, was especially ecstatic about the upward spiral in the quality of results and complimented the management and staff for their dedication and extra efforts.
